This is the female version of the Nathan 020 Propulsion Harness. It is not just the mens version done in lavender (as some “women’s specific” stuff tends to be), they have actually thought about how it fits. The fit means there is no pressure across the chest, instead it pulls either side of the chest rather like a push up bra. It is almost supportive in that sense.

So i don’t have to repeat myself, read the 020 Propulsion blurb. My review of that was actually based on the womens one anyway. Other than the fit, the main difference is just one mesh basket, rather than two, and a slightly smaller zipped pocket. And it’s in a rather fetching teal colour, of course.
