Ultra-light, high wicking POLARTEC® fleece jacket

Using POLARTEC® Power Dry®, the Gazelle Jacket has the twin performance properties of being both very high wicking for active use in the spring and summer and also highly thermally efficient, making it an excellent heavy weight base-layer for the colder autumn and winter months.

Lightweight and simply cut in the MONTANE® active female shape the jacket is close fitting yet flattering. With the added benefit of DRYACTIV® Express fabric for extra high wicking stretch performance under the arms, the Gazelle looks and feels great, and has brilliant all-season performance.

I’m a big fan of Montane. All of their gear is gorgeous to look at whilst actually being useful. The Gazelle is an extremely versatile top and i’ve used it as a heavyweight baselayer when running, and as a midlayer when running in the snow, but i also wear it just as a top in the pub (when clean i might add) because it looks nice enough for that, and it’s also thin enough to go under other fleeces when temperature in the shop dips below freezing and I’m getting frostbite at the till. Not beleive me? You’ve obviously never been in my shop. It has the thermal insulating properties of a plastic bag (the shop that is). When it’s cold out, it’s cold in, when it’s windy out i have a force 9 billowing through, and when it’s hot it heats up like a greenhouse, but at least i can say that I’m in touch with the seasons, and that i’m dressed well.
